Guest parking is in front of the garage door and the main access is keyless entry. The whole backyard converted garage apartment is fully fenced with mature trees for your enjoyment. The garage door is still up for security, but the apartment is its own self contained unit. We have thoughtfully decorated and supplied amenities you would want from home including full kitchen, laundry, shower bathroom. Extra linens, cooking utensils and coffee/tea space make it ideal for your stay.
Good to know
This space does share the driveway with the main home and parking is in the back in front of the garage door. The garage door is not functional. The apartment is through the gate to the left of the fence. The door is around to your left once you enter the back yard fenced gate with the welcome sign.
Other Details to Note
Early Check-In Requests may be able to be accommodated for an additional charge. Please request as needed for your stay. Early Check-In Fee $25.00 for any check in prior to 4:00pm. During frigid winter temperatures, please keep faucets and shower to a trickle at all times to help keep from freezing. Instant water heater ensures you have hot water for your stay!
